All presentations are transferred electronically to a speaker’s assigned meeting room, simplifying the process of delivering presentation materials and ensuring greater efficiencies.

	Networked meeting rooms provide a computer at the head table eliminating the complicated process of switching data sources for each presenter
	Speakers are given the flexibility to choose whether or not they would like to submit their presentation in advance or onsite; changes to presentations can be made in either case
	Presentations are reviewed by AVW-TELAV staff prior to the time they are given to ensure compatibility with presentation equipment
